Superchub ny rövträning för rosebud, prolaps tillväxt

Did some research and found techniques that should help with rosebud, prolapse growing. It is working remarkably well, already noticing improvements after 2 days. Really wish I had someone to fist me and push back my rim to see how much can actually come out.
